It has come to our attention that Cox Communications recently updated their channel lineup. This update has caused some customers in Falls Church City to now receive Fairfax programming on channel 12 instead of FCCTV. To resolve this issue, you must call Cox and have them reset your box.
We are also currently working with Cox to resolve this issue. If you have experienced this problem, please call FCCTV at 703-248-5692.
We would also appreciate it if people spread the message to their friends and neighbors so that everyone can continue to enjoy the programming on Channel 12.
